On private land of 3000m², this villa is a single storey of 180m2. lt includes :

• 4 bedrooms : – One at 16m² with double bed and bathroom(bath, washbasin, WC) – Two at 16m² with double bed and each with its own bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC) – One 15m² with twin beds and bathroom(shower, washbasin, WC)
• A dining-room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, hob)
• A lounge of 50m2 with flat screen TV. The whole lounge, dining-room and kitchen = 90m²
• A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
• 1 WC jour avec lave-mains

Towels are provided and beds made on arrival, during summer time please bring towels for the pool.
